Even if you do not want to commit to an entire room of color, an accent wall can be a great way to dip your toe into the water of colorful decorating. Select one of the colors from an area rug, fabric, or accessories in the room, and paint a wall that will have some impact as you enter the room – behind a bed, the fireplace wall, or the far wall of a playroom.
