The 2006 Orange County Philharmonic House of Design is located in the Covenant Hills in the community of Ladera Ranch. Proceeds from the House of Design fund the Youth Music Education Programs of the Philharmonic Society of Orange County.
The 8700 square foot Spanish Revival Style home, built by Mulvaney & Co., Inc., of San Juan Capistrano, CA., combines old world elegance with up to the minute technology.
Perhaps the most wonderful thing about his home has nothing to do with interior designers. The views from the porches and windows are breathtaking!
17 top designers and students from design schools performed their magic in this new house using a color palette chosen to link the Spanish Revival style with todays fashions. Design trends and technology are introduced in this spectacular home.
