If you've been storing your best silver in the closet during the past year, take it out, polish it, and make it the center of attention on your Christmas table. We used matte red balls with silver snowflake designs that compliment the silver tray beautifully.

silver tray or platter
pretty and colorful holiday ornaments and balls
holiday greens and bows, if desired

Follow these simple steps to make your Christmas Silver Tray of Ornaments Centerpiece:

Place a silver tray in the center of your table.
Arrange colorful balls around the tray.

Special tips for fine-tuning:

Create a wreath of holiday greens around the base of the platter. Tuck sprigs of greens under the tray.
To add height, arrange tall candles or taper candles at the sides of the tray.
Place candlesticks on top of the tray, between the ornaments.
