Three pillar candles, holiday greens, and fluffy snow combine in this tabletop "candle forest." Gather candles of your choice to make this simple winter decoration.

Materials for Candle Forest Centerpiece

  • 1, 3, or 5 pillar candles
  • artificial or fresh pine branches
  • berries in any color
  • artificial "snow"
  • platter or tray

Follow these simple steps to make your Candle Forest Centerpiece:

  • Arrange a variety of pillar candles on a platter or tray.
  • Tuck sprigs of fresh or artificial greens between the candles.
  • Place a few branches of artificial holiday berries in the greens.
  • Sprinkle a few handsful of artifical snow to hide greenery branch ends and risers.

Special tips for fine-tuning:

  • Select an odd number of pillar candles.
  • Use small bowls turned upside down to serve as risers for shorter candles.
  • This piece will look great on an entry table, coffee table, or desk.
