Renowned designer and lifestyle guide, Barbara Barry has introduced a line of scented candles and home fragrances. The collection includes scented candles, room sprays, and guest soaps for the main living areas of any home.

Each fragrance is intended for a specific room in each home, but the candles are not labeled as such, so the homeowner can place the chosen scent wherever he or she desires.

Each of the four fragrances in The Barbara Barry Home Fragrance Collection is offered in a candle with a 40 to 45 hour burning time. This sells for $48. The Dining Room fragrance is also available in Votive Candles priced at $52 for six. Included in the Bedroom fragrance is a Linen Spray at $42. Guest Soaps are included in the Powder Room fragrance, selling for $48 for four bars.

  • The Living Room candle and room spray combine mimosa, orange blossom and star jasmine, anchored by base notes of warm musk and creamy sandalwood.

  • The Dining Room Candle and Votives use tarragon and rosemary to play against soft cedar and moss.

  • Bergamot, lemon peel and tangerine are grounded by Moroccan orange flower in the Powder Room Candle and Guest Soaps.

  • Vanilla and nutmeg commingle with ginger and cardamom in the Bedroom Candle and Linen Spray.

A new holiday candle will be introduced in the fall of 2008.
