Penthouse Designer: Frank Ponterio, Lake Forest, ILA large Asian armoire, sleek nailhead chaise, and patterned bookshelf backs give one end of this penthouse guestroom an air of sophistication. Though there is plenty of pattern, texture, and interest, the overall look is quiet thanks to the liberal use of linen tones on the upholstery, walls, flooring, and trim.
