Attach Garland
Lay garland on vine wreath. Attach garland to wreath with wire (or hot glue) at 6 inch intervals. If garland is too long, either cut off the excess or loop around the wreath twice.

Attach paper Ribbon Bow
Use wire to attach a paper ribbon bow to the top of the wreath.

Tip: This inexpensive colored paper ribbon fades in direct sunlight, and may best be used indoors.

Hang
Hang and enjoy your wreath.

Tip: After determining the 'top' of your wreath you can attach a hanging loop (made from picture wire, strong twine, fishline, or a piece of coat hanger wire) to the back of the wreath.
