Cozy Up Your Home for Winter

It is snowing beautifully where I live. Everything feels so calm, so white, so clean. Everything feels new. New and cold! The colder it is outside, the more I feel the need to warm up my home.

There are many ways to cozy up your home for winter: from using warm colors in your decor accents to enjoying the glow of many candles spread throughout the home. Personally, I always first focus on my bedroom when cozying up my home for winter. You have to have a warm and cozy bedroom! It makes a whole world of difference in your well-being.

My other favourite when I want to feel the charm of winter is to enjoy the smell of hot apple cider and spices in my kitchen. I simmer it the whole evening and we enjoy both the scent (heavenly!), as well as the hot and delicious drink.
