Merry Christmas!

I hope you are having a great time with your family and are truly enjoying the results of all your decorating efforts in the weeks before Christmas.

Did you do something different this Christmas? Maybe your Christmas dinner menu was different, or the wrapping of gifts was highly unusual? Speaking of gifts, a brave friend of mine decided to have this Christmas with no gifts, and, to her surprise, it did turn out quite well!

Her house, though, is always beautifully decorated for Christmas and that makes everyone's time there happy and carefree. I truly supported her in the "no gifts for Christmas" initiative, but I sure hope she will not change her mind about decorating the house for the holidays!
I think a happy, well decorated house is a gift in itself. I hope your house feels very happy this Christmas and I hope you got all the gifts you wanted!
