Creating a good bedroom sure takes some effort, but the investment of your time will result in a better night sleep, lower stress levels, as well as a deeper sense of intimacy with your loved ones.

A good bedroom is especially important in the cold season, when your body is intuitively looking for more comfort and nourishment. Look around your bedroom and see if it is ready to support and nourish you through the cold winter season. Employ all your senses, not just the visual one, and check how your bedroom smells, how the bedroom fabrics feel to the touch, what noises are surrounding you all night. In other words, what can you do to make your bedroom feel really, really good?

Is it more color, a natural scent or a more inviting bed? Just by adding little touches you can create a much better feel in your bedroom. Be it a new, rich color comforter, more candles or maybe an inspiring and soothing image to greet you in the morning, see what little steps you can take to create a better bedroom. A bedroom to look forward to during long winter nights and hopefully happy mornings!
