Replace Missing and Broken China

It seems that not a holiday goes by without someone breaking or chipping a piece of the best china. It's not that people are careless. It just happens.

As the family tableware gets older and older, I find that it's become more difficult and expensive to replace the treasured pieces. The pattern is no longer made so I can't buy the pieces in my local department store.

I'm happy to say that all is not lost. There are some good and reputable companies that sell individual pieces or complete sets of hard-to-find silver, crystal, and china so that we can continue to have a beautifully set table. I've even been able to complete a new set of Christmas dishes using these online sources.

If you're looking to replace some broken china pieces or have some to sell, you might want to check out our brief article on china replacements.
