This is the time you should start thinking about getting your Christmas tree. I know that some of you have an artificial tree that you take out of a bag each year. That's certainly an easy way to do it.

But if you love the smell of a fresh Christmas tree, you'll have to decide what type of tree you want. If you have a favorite, go and find one. But if not, you might want to check out our list of Top Christmas Tree Varieties. Hopefully you'll find your favorite type on the Christmas tree lot in the perfect shape and size for your home.

Is it proper to set your dinning room table (with christmas china)as a part of the decoration even though you may not eat in that room. To leave it set duirng the holidays?
Thank you

I think it’s a lovely way to bring Christmas to every room in the house. In fact, my daughter found some charming dishes with reindeer, Christmas trees, and Santas. The mugs hang around the arms of the chandelier and the plates are set around the table. I guess it’s what you’d call “staging” for the holidays.
