How To Keep Your Halloween Pumpkin Fresh

Keeping pumpkins fresh for Halloween is normally not a problem, especially if you live in a cool climate. But if you’ve had your jack-o-lanterns dry up before the big day, then you’ll be interested in these quick tips.

If your cut pumpkin begins to shrivel up, you might be able to temporarily revive it by soaking it in a bucket of cool water for several hours. Be sure to drain it and dry the outside with a towel thoroughly before you put it on display again.
