It is always such an unexpected surprise to use a piece of furniture in a place where it was not intended to be used. Another great idea is to use a china hutch or cabinet in the living room or family room. It can display family treasures, photos, hierlooms or what ever you would love to show off. Most have glass doors that can provide protection for your treasures. So next time you need a display cabinet, look in the dining room and go for it!
